Job Overview: As a Data Entry Specialist and QC team member, you will help generate accurate documentation for our process server teams. Your role involves verifying information entered into our systems, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary. This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States.

Pay range: $25–$45 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and submit legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participate in ongoing training to build industry and process knowledge
• Identify and correct discrepancies
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications:
• No previous experience required; data entry experience is a plus
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to perform repetitive work accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Collaborative, team-focused attitude
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Starting pay: $25.00 to $45.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Part-time option: Work any 2 to 4 hours per day.
