Job Overview: The Data Entry Specialist and QC team members help produce accurate documentation for our process server teams. In this position, you will verify information entered into our systems, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when needed. This is a full-time, remote role based in the United States.

Pay range: $25–$45 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and submit legal documents through internal systems and email
• Take part in ongoing training to expand industry and process knowledge
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies
• Complete additional assigned tasks

Qualifications:
• No prior experience required; data entry experience is helpful
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to complete repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office

Starting pay: $25.00 to $45.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
