We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who is analytical, strategic, and highly collaborative to join our Advertising & Rewards team. In this role, you will work closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, and other key stakeholders to leverage data-driven insights that shape and optimize Xsolla’s B2C apps and websites. You will also lead the development and execution of multivariate A/B tests, analytics frameworks, and dashboards or reports, delivering recommendations that influence the product roadmap and improve overall performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team‑focused environment and is excited to drive data-informed decisions that elevate how we engage and reward players at scale.
This role requires strong analytical and statistical skills, along with hands-on experience in quantitative analysis for games or other consumer-facing products. Success depends on your ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
• Lead data analysis for Xsolla’s new B2C apps and websites, generating insights that enhance user engagement and reward systems.
• Conduct descriptive, diagnostic, and prescriptive analyses—including funnel reviews, cohort analyses, and behavioral modeling—to improve user experience and support growth.
• Define product KPIs and build automated dashboards, reports, and models that enable faster, more informed decision‑making across the company.
• Design, run, and evaluate multivariate experiments to drive growth, refine features, and identify new opportunities.
• Use advanced analytics, including machine learning, to uncover behavioral patterns, forecast economic trends, and inform monetization strategies, while keeping results clear and accessible.
• Partner with data, product, engineering, and business teams to create forecasts and business cases for new product features.
Qualifications & Skills – Required
• BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, ideally within gaming or consumer applications.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Significant experience with Statsig or similar A/B testing tools.
• Strong proficiency with Looker, Tableau, or other BI and data visualization tools.
• Strong proficiency with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar product analytics platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, high-growth, startup‑style environment.
Nice to Have
• Experience with machine learning or predictive modeling for product applications.
• Background in advertising, offerwall analytics, or performance marketing.
• Familiarity with user acquisition and monetization metrics for mobile or free‑to‑play games.
Salary Range
$125,000 – $180,000 per year
