Job Description:
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry Analyst to join our fast-paced team. In this position, you will play an essential role in managing data connected to our sales, advertising tracking, and overall support of our mentorship programs.

Responsibilities:
• Enter and manage backend data, including Google and YouTube ad tracking
• Input and maintain company sales data
• Review data to identify patterns, opportunities, and efficiencies
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations
• Work with team members to maintain data accuracy and consistency
• Help develop and update databases and data systems
• Perform additional related duties as needed

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as well as Google Sheets and Docs
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Previous data entry or related experience is an asset
