As a Teladoc Customer Service Representative, you’ll have the freedom to choose your own schedule using a self‑scheduling system. Since support is available 24/7, you can pick the hours that work best for you. Overnight availability is limited, making this especially appealing for those wanting morning, afternoon, or evening hours.

This entry-level position starts at $10 per hour. Independent contractors who work 20 or more hours per week earn $12.50 per hour for hours worked between 8am–8pm EST. Those who work 30 or more hours per week earn $15 per hour for hours worked during that same time window.

You can work comfortably from home or anywhere in the U.S. that meets the office requirements.
