What you’ll do:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive outstanding assistance. Your responsibilities will include:
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.
• Troubleshooting product and service issues and providing effective solutions.
• Keeping accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
• Sharing helpful product information and guiding customers step by step to ensure a positive experience.
• Staying up to date on the latest client products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
• Collaborating with your team and offering feedback to help enhance the customer experience.
What we’re looking for:
We seek motivated, customer‑focused individuals who can work independently. Ideally, candidates should have:
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken (required). Additional languages such as Spanish or Ukrainian are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support via phone, email, or chat, or in similar roles (required).
• Preferably, experience in e‑commerce, SaaS, fintech, healthcare, travel and hospitality, or startups.
• Reliable internet access and a suitable computer (required).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• A positive, professional attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
• The ability to work independently in a quiet, distraction‑free home environment.
