Hello! We’re Driversnote, a rapidly growing SaaS company based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
We’re proud to help more than 2,000,000 users worldwide keep accurate mileage logs. Since no one enjoys handling mileage documentation, our mission is to eliminate the hassle and make life easier for our customers by saving them time and money.
Our main markets include English-speaking countries such as Canada, the US, Australia, and the UK, and we’re looking to expand our international team to support customers around the globe.
If you’re curious, motivated, resilient, and passionate about delivering excellent customer support — and you’re a strong communicator — this could be the perfect role for you.
We’re searching for a remote customer support and success specialist with solid technical abilities to help cover the Australian and early European time zones.
As a Customer Support & Success Specialist at Driversnote, you’ll spend your time directly supporting customers and ensuring they have a smooth, effective, and enjoyable experience. You’ll act as a key connector, helping all kinds of users — from brand-new customers to long-term users and large B2B teams — and passing their insights along to our product teams. Our Support & Success team is first-line support, meaning you’ll handle all types of inquiries, from bugs to how‑to questions to complex challenges that you’ll help solve.
We imagine you:

• Have experience in sales or customer success
• Are comfortable working fully remotely
• Communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
• Enjoy providing outstanding support via chat, email, and phone
• Have basic software troubleshooting skills, including diagnosing app issues such as installation problems, crashes, subscription or payment errors, and performance concerns
• Are proactive and willing to dive in, confident navigating multiple systems and verifying setups
• Can identify patterns and look for ways to streamline or automate processes
• Are familiar with remote communication tools such as Slack
Your responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent support by email and phone, handling technical questions, general inquiries, and product-related issues
• Assist B2B customers interested in getting started with Driversnote and guide them through their purchase
• Troubleshoot customer issues and drive investigations to resolution
• Provide video demos and onboarding sessions for larger B2B clients
• Work with our Product teams by submitting bug reports and sharing customer feedback
• Learn the Driversnote product thoroughly and help customers get the most out of it
Your colleagues would say you:
• Are persistent and stay with a task until it’s solved
• Enjoy the challenge of figuring out open-ended problems
• Build strong relationships quickly with many types of stakeholders
• Are comfortable navigating uncertainty and know how to ask the right questions
• Remain calm, patient, and kind in every situation
Important details:
• Minimum of 21 hours per week
• Expected schedule: 3–4 hours per day, 6 days a week
• Pay: 38.90 AUD per hour, paid biweekly
• Fully remote
• Must be based in Australia
• 33 days of vacation per year (we’re European!)
• Access to additional perks such as health insurance, car rentals, gym passes, and more
Who is the team?
We’re a team of 30+ based mainly at our Copenhagen HQ, with a few remote teammates in Australia, Canada, and Romania. Being headquartered in Copenhagen means we value a healthy work‑life balance. Even though you’ll be fully remote, we’ll help you set up an ideal home office and ensure you stay connected with your team — plus, you’ll get a trip to Copenhagen in your first year to meet everyone.
