⭐ Role Overview
Lodgify is looking for a fully remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
In this role, your mission is to help people. You’ll become an expert — or “guru,” as we call it — in using the Lodgify platform. With that expertise, you’ll guide our customers on how to set up their accommodation websites and grow their vacation rental businesses. You’ll assist them by responding promptly to support requests, troubleshooting issues, and showing them how to get the most out of Lodgify.
⭐ How will you make an impact?
– Deliver high-quality support via phone, email, and chat
– Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly
– Troubleshoot and resolve general technical problems within the Lodgify platform
– Share customer feedback and issues with relevant teams and follow up when needed
– Identify and document software bugs to support continuous improvement
⭐ What makes you a great fit?
– Experience in technical customer support or a similar field
– Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
– Patience, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities
– Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues
– Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
– A positive mindset and strong sense of responsibility
– Familiarity with CRM or customer support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
– Availability to work weekends
– Experience in the travel or hospitality sectors is a plus
