INYAD is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to enhance brand and product visibility by building relationships and engaging potential customers through popular social media platforms.
– Respond to customer questions as they arrive via email, chat, or phone (Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.)
– Monitor and reply to social media comments, coordinating with internal teams to address inquiries
– Go beyond the standard support queue by creating new ways to delight and engage customers, such as improved documentation, interactive email signatures, and proactive email campaigns
– Keep customer support materials up to date
Requirements:
– Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in Classical Arabic, French, and English
– Highly detail-oriented, punctual, and well organized
