Flight builds remote-first customer support teams for growing startups that prioritize people. Through a combination of staffing and consulting, we work with everyone from early‑stage founders making their first support hire to established leaders expanding their teams, helping them deliver excellent customer experience programs.

What you’ll do:
• Provide accurate information to customers using documentation, digital tools, and various communication methods
• Respond to technical questions across multiple platforms, including web and mobile apps, through email, chat, and phone
• Become deeply knowledgeable about our clients’ products and customers through training, research, and documentation
• Strive to meet and exceed productivity and quality targets
• Offer suggestions to improve the customer experience
• Represent Flight to clients in a professional and friendly way
What we look for:
• A service‑driven professional committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Strong English communication skills, shown through high scores on an English proficiency test (other languages are a bonus)
• The ability to troubleshoot independently by researching and analyzing extensive documentation
• Quick learner with strong software skills
• An organized communicator who delivers timely, accurate responses
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Adaptability and comfort in a fast‑changing startup environment

• Willingness to work full‑time between 7:00 am and 1:00 am EST (shifts are 9 hours with breaks)
• Availability to work on Saturday or Sunday
