What you’ll do
• Respond to customer questions through live chat, email, and/or phone, offering clear answers and effective solutions
• Use a range of digital tools to give customers accurate information
• Suggest ways to improve the customer experience to your team and clients
• Work toward meeting or surpassing performance and quality targets
• Represent Flight professionally and warmly when interacting with clients

What we look for
• Previous experience in customer support
• Strong spoken and written English skills, demonstrated through a high score on an English proficiency test
• High empathy and emotional intelligence
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities
• Flexibility and a desire to continue learning and growing
• Willingness to work full‑time on any shift
• Availability to work on Saturday or Sunday
