Customer Support Representative

Location: Remote

Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday

Each Youtooz figure is deeply personal and unique to both the creator and the customer, and it comes with a variety of special perks.

We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative who will mainly help customers through our core support channels, including Email, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit. In addition, this role will help grow our online community through thoughtful engagement on our social platforms. You’ll work closely with a small, dedicated team passionate about the Youtooz brand and delivering excellent customer support.

The ideal candidate will have strong written English, be highly organized and able to work independently, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail, and have a genuine interest in customer support and internet culture.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support across multiple channels while maintaining our brand voice
  • Resolve order-related issues, including address changes, refunds, lost shipments, and product defects
  • Help with internal operational and logistical tasks to ensure smooth support, releases, and delivery of Youtooz Collectibles
  • Engage with our community on social media by responding to support questions and feedback
  • Represent the Youtooz brand as an ambassador

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in customer support across multiple channels (email, chat, phone)
  • Experience handling high-volume, fast-paced customer support
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, SquareSpace)
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, Zoho)
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Passion for customer support and helping others

Bonus Points

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Fluency in additional languages (written)
  • Experience providing social media support (Twitter, Instagram, Reddit)
  • Community management experience
  • Strong knowledge of the internet and pop culture

Pay Range
45,000–48,000 CAD per year (Toronto, Canada)
45,000–48,000 CAD per year (Montreal, Canada)
