We are a small, globally distributed team of eight people, seeking individuals who are excited to join a dynamic startup environment.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to handle inquiries via Intercom chat and go above and beyond to assist customers and ensure their satisfaction. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates anywhere.

Most incoming requests involve:
– billing questions
– account-related issues
– product inquiries
– basic technical troubleshooting

Experience with live chat platforms such as Intercom or Crisp, as well as billing systems like Stripe, is preferred.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in a software or online-focused company and is comfortable working with digital tools.

Familiarity with digital marketing or technical areas—such as SEO, websites, HTML, or CSS—is a strong advantage for understanding the product and supporting users effectively.

We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants (minimum of 4 hours per day). Strong English communication skills are essential.

This role offers excellent growth potential, with opportunities to expand into areas such as marketing, social media, or technical roles as the company continues to grow.
