This remote contractor opportunity pays 13 dollars per hour and is ideal for someone aiming to work about 10 to 15 hours each week, with the flexibility to fit around other commitments.
What You’ll Do:
• Handle incoming calls
• Engage with all callers professionally and with compassion
• Provide information according to established policies, procedures, and privacy regulations
• Assist with program enrollment
• Complete three-way calls to smoothly transfer customers
• Support callers needing relay or translation services
• Make outbound calls when necessary to provide time-sensitive updates
• Use multiple computer systems to access and record information
About You:
To support Automated Health Systems, you should have at least one year of customer service experience. Familiarity with public benefit programs or prior work in health or human services is helpful but not required. You will also need:

Your Home Office:
To work as a Customer Support Representative, you will need:
• A computer with:
– Windows 10 or 11
– 8GB RAM
– 6 CPUs (speed * processors)
– At least 500MB of free hard drive space
– A standard sound card
– Updated antivirus protection
• A hardwired high-speed internet connection (no Wi-Fi or satellite)
• Dual monitors
• A USB noise-cancelling headset
• A webcam for certification
Where NexRep Contracts:
NexRep works with contractors in 31 states. They do not currently contract in: AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, HI, IL, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, NJ, NY, OR, RI, VT, WA, and WI. NexRep does not contract outside the United States.
Flexible Hours:
As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll use a self-scheduling system to choose when you work within the client’s operating hours.
Operating hours:
• Monday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM ET
• Thursday and Friday: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM ET
This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants about 10 to 15 hours per week and needs flexibility around other responsibilities.
Because Mondays and Tuesdays are especially busy, you must work at least 5 hours on Mondays and at least 4 hours on Tuesdays. If you prefer not to work on those days, you are free to explore other roles within the NexRep Marketplace.
