**What you’ll do:**
– Respond to customer questions and resolve issues via live chat, email, and/or phone
– Use digital tools to provide accurate information
– Suggest improvements to customer experience to your team and client
– Meet and exceed productivity and quality targets
– Represent Flight to clients in a professional, friendly manner

**What we look for:**
– Prior customer support experience
– Strong English verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated by an English proficiency test
– High empathy and emotional intelligence
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Adaptability and a mindset focused on learning and growth
– Ability and willingness to work full-time on any shift
– Availability to work Saturday or Sunday
