What we’re looking for:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Interest in television and film
• Experience in technical support
• Familiarity with Zendesk
• Ability to work independently and ask questions when needed
• Strong problem-solving skills across a variety of applications and platforms
• Professional level English
• Availability for 8 hours on February 9
Technical requirements:
• Desktop or laptop computer with Windows 10 or higher
• Reliable headset
• Willingness to install the MSQ security software and a two-factor authentication app on your phone
