Our client, a leading company in the music industry, is hiring a multilingual Customer Service Advisor fluent in French, Spanish, and English. This remote position offers an annual salary of £37,000. The role requires a minimum of 22 working hours per week on Monday, Friday, and either Tuesday or Thursday.
This organisation develops innovative products and services for DJs, musicians, clubs, and the wider music community. With rapid growth at its London headquarters, they are looking for remote, multilingual Customer Support Coordinators.
As part of the Customer Support team, you will handle and resolve client enquiries related to products and e-commerce sales received via phone, email, or other communication channels. This is a business‑to‑business position.
Duties and responsibilities include:
• Managing incoming customer enquiries regarding products or online sales
• Handling assigned customer service tickets
• Following internal customer service processes and meeting service level targets
• Communicating with other internal teams and external service providers when required
• Identifying enquiries that need advanced technical expertise
• Initiating e‑commerce return procedures
Skills and experience required:
• Fluency in English, French, and Spanish is essential
• Experience using Zendesk or similar customer service platforms
• Strong customer service background
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of or interest in DJing and music is a plus
• Additional languages are an advantage
