ModSquad collaborates with major global brands and is looking for exceptional customer service professionals.

Do you have experience handling customer questions via tickets or email?

Hourly rate:
To be discussed during the interview.

Project schedule (Pacific Time):
24/7 coverage

Commitment:
8 hours on February 9, 2025

Language:
English

We’re looking for:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Interest in television and film
• Technical support experience
• Familiarity with Zendesk
• Ability to work independently and ask questions when needed
• Strong problem-solving skills across different apps and platforms
• English proficiency at a professional level
• Availability for 8 hours on February 9

Technical requirements:
• Desktop or laptop with Windows 10 or higher
• Reliable headset
• Willingness to install MSQ security software and a two-factor authentication app on your phone
