We’re currently welcoming new Mod Contractors to our network. If you’re interested in working on exciting projects for clients, ModSquad is a great option. Our Mods bring strong skills, a positive attitude, and energy to every project. You’ll help customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience with the client’s product or service. New opportunities are already available, with more coming soon.

**Project Schedule (Pacific Time):**
Mon–Fri: 5am–7pm
Sat: 7am–7pm
Sun: 7am–6pm
Weekend availability is required.

**Hourly Rate:**
Reviewed during the interview.

**Commitment:**
90 days
20 hours per week

**Language:**
English

**What We’re Looking For:**
• Strong commitment to excellent customer service
• Ability to follow written instructions
• Availability during weekdays and weekends
• Friendly, professional communication skills
• Willingness to accept feedback and collaborate
• Reliability in working scheduled hours

**Workspace Requirements:**
• A personal desk or laptop with Windows 10 or higher
• A good-quality headset
• A quiet workspace with minimal distractions, suitable for calls
• Willingness to install MSQ security software and a 2FA app on your phone
