TL;DR: We build self-renting software for Airbnbs, delivering a top-tier product and an excellent user experience.

We’ve created an Applicant Handbook that we strongly recommend you read. It explains more about our company, culture, recruiting process, what we do, and how we do it.

We’re bold, embrace risk, and tackle big challenges together. Our customers love the product, share valuable feedback, and trust us to help them quickly solve new problems.

If you’d like to see what it’s like firsthand, feel free to join one of our upcoming Clubhouse Townhalls.

**What you’ll be working on?**
– Onboard customers to our product throughout the full user journey using live chat and email.
– Produce video and written educational content (product tours, videos, documentation, and FAQs).
– Investigate and troubleshoot issues with support from the engineering team and our tools.
– Serve as a “feature champion,” helping the product and engineering teams understand user needs.
– Respond to customer questions via live chat and Zoom calls (phone support may be added soon).

**What does the schedule look like?**
For this role, we aim to support customers across North American time zones (PST/CDT/MDT/EST).

This position is currently Monday–Friday. After you’re fully onboarded, you may be asked to work 4 hours on a Saturday or Sunday. You will still receive two consecutive days off, to be agreed with the selected candidate.

**Requirements**
We’re hiring someone located in the North American time zone (for example, anywhere in the USA). We can’t consider candidates outside North America.

If you’re unsure about applying because you don’t meet every qualification listed, please don’t hesitate—we want to hear from you.
– You care about the impact your work has on your team and the company.
– 2–3 years of hands-on experience working in B2B (or B2C) SaaS.
– Strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
– Extra credit if you’re an Airbnb host or have worked with a short-term rental business.

**Benefits**
Our company is also something we build and iterate on—we’re always improving and creating a workplace we all enjoy.
– A supportive, caring team culture where you’re trusted, not micromanaged.
– Competitive compensation, adjusted slightly based on location. For this role, the maximum cash compensation in our salary grid is $87,000 (for candidates in high-cost cities like San Francisco or New York with exceptional relevant experience).
– Opportunity to receive equity through our $HOST token. When it can be implemented, this role would include a grant (not tied to location).
– Up to 35 days off per year, encouraged (including self-serve public holidays), plus parental leave.
– Mental health and emotional support via therapists available on call through Slack.
