The League Team is seeking a concierge-minded professional to help us deliver The League experience to every user. You’ll support the growth of our company and community through exceptional, white-glove service. The ideal candidate is creative and entrepreneurial, with a love for gadgets and the latest technology, and can still write clear, fun, and quirky messages. Note: This is a full-time, remote, hourly role. You must be available from 9am to 5pm PST. The position includes shared responsibility for holiday coverage and occasional weekend coverage. You will also need to travel for 3–4 days, 2–3 times per year, for offsite meetings.

How you’ll make an impact:
– Reviewing and resolving customer support requests using our software tools to email and communicate with users in-app
– Reviewing user accounts, researching issues, sharing solutions with members, and collecting feedback
– Responding to reviews left by users on app stores
– Reviewing users flagged for violating our Terms of Service
– Moderating the in-app groups/events section to help maintain a positive environment

We could be a match if:
– You have experience working remotely
– You have 2+ years of customer care experience working directly with people online
– You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with a solid command of grammar, spelling, and syntax
– You have reliable internet service and the ability to be on video, plus a dedicated, quiet workspace with no distractions
– You enjoy solving problems and communicating with customers
– You’re great at multitasking and can stay flexible
– You’re a positive team player
– You take ownership and can start strong independently
– You have strong leadership and organizational skills
– You have a proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred qualifications:
– Passion for mobile, especially social and mobile dating applications
– Experience working with iOS and/or Android
– Contact Center or Contact Center Supervisor experience, particularly with online communication
– Multilingual skills

Pay: $20–$26 per hour. Final base pay may vary based on scope and responsibilities, experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal equity, and market/business factors. This range reflects a role based in Portland, OR, and may be adjusted geographically if authorized to work outside the location listed in this posting.

LI-REMOTE • $37,500 — $75,000/year
