What we’re looking for:
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Interest in TV and film
• Technical support experience
• Knowledge of Zendesk
• Ability to work independently and ask questions when necessary
• Strong problem‑solving skills across different apps and platforms
• Professional-level English
• Availability for 8 hours on February 9
Work requirements:
• Laptop or desktop with Windows 10 or newer
• Reliable headset
• Willingness to install MSQ security software and a two‑factor authentication app on your phone
