We’re building a remote team of 15+ Customer Success Representatives in Poland to improve conversions and reduce cancellations across our six European markets (UK, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, and Italy). The Customer Success Representative will handle a variety of day-to-day tasks, including increasing fulfillment rates using dedicated tools, supporting Taskers throughout their registration process with high-touch calls, and stepping in with help where funnel tasks most need it.

In your role, you’ll follow detailed standard operating procedures after completing the official training and onboarding for each operational program you join. We aim to reflect our values in every interaction and are looking for colleagues who genuinely care about making everyday life easier for our community.

This remote-first position is based in Poland and reports to the Operations Team Lead. Join us in helping people live better everyday lives.

What you’ll do:
– Resolve and address user issues efficiently via email, chat, and phone, consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs related to customer satisfaction, productivity, and accuracy.
– Take thorough notes as part of your core responsibilities and share improvement ideas with your team lead.
– Build strong relationships and trust with stakeholders by going the extra mile to deliver an excellent experience and resolve questions correctly the first time.
– Stay organized, accountable, and responsible by using available resources to remain up to date on all SOPs and program changes as they happen.

Your qualifications:
– At least 1 year of customer service experience, call center experience, or something similar.
– Strong customer service skills, including empathy, courtesy, kindness, efficiency, confidence, and helpfulness.
– Tech curiosity, excellent typing skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to online tools and systems.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong grammar and spelling.
– Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
– Fluency in English.
– Eligibility to work in Poland (we do not provide relocation support for this role).

Compensation & benefits:
At Taskrabbit, our compensation approach is designed to be competitive, transparent, and fair. Total compensation includes base pay + bonus + benefits + perks. The annual base salary for this position is 78,000 PLN. This figure reflects base pay only and does not include other cash compensation such as company bonus or benefits.
