All we’ve ever wanted is to help people connect, because it feels amazing—and because good things can happen.

So we built smart artificial intelligence technology to help alumni and students network for advice, support, and introductions, on their terms and without friction—because we’re not impressed by how universities handle it today. It’s simple and human.

But we need to do more of that—much more. We’re looking to add a Customer Success Manager to partner with and support our customers, who are increasingly all over the world.

What does this involve?
Build great relationships with our customers (they’re the most important part of Protopia).
Onboard new customers using Asana so they get real value from our solution—leading to lots of great connections.
Support customers (and our internal team) with analysis and reports using our proprietary tools, WordPress, Trello, and Google Sheets/Excel.
Become a product expert to support product development, maintain internal and external documentation, and train new and existing team members.
Collaborate with other AI Trainers to ensure efficient processing and classification of transactions.
Share best practices with the team to continuously improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our products and processes.

You’ll be a great fit if you…
– Are independent, a self-starter, and can work effectively with minimal guidance.
– Want a remote job that lets you live wherever you choose, and however you choose to.
– Have strong attention to detail, respond quickly, communicate clearly, and stay well organized.
– Want to join an early-stage startup and are eager to be challenged.
– Have strong analytical and data management skills (hundreds of thousands of rows in Excel spreadsheets? You’ll be fine).
– Are passionate about education as a force for good, and ideally have worked with or in a university, especially in alumni relations, development, academic affairs, or career services.
– Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
– Are confident, high-energy, self-motivated, and a true team player.
– Have excellent multitasking and project management skills.
– Feel comfortable working with senior and executive-level customers.
– Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
– Aren’t an engineer, but are very tech-savvy and pick up new technologies quickly.
– Speak English fluently (C1 preferred, ideally multilingual).
– Have access to stable, high-speed internet and a reliable computer.
Love dogs (or cats) and are excited to share photos of your pets.

Above all, you want to join a meaningful, collaborative startup from the very beginning and help it deliver on its impact vision.
