Loopio is seeking a relationship-focused, data-driven individual to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will manage your own accounts and collaborate with the broader Customer Success team on initiatives that move our CS team forward. This contract position includes the benefits, time-off program, and competitive compensation available to full-time employees. The contract ends in May 2025 (approximately 13 months).

What You’ll Be Doing
– Build strong relationships with Loopio’s commercial customers through engaging emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings
– Partner with the Customer Enablement Manager to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to the nurture phase
– Work with customers to create plans aligned with their long-term goals and our Customer Journeys
– Develop creative strategies to increase customer adoption and turn customers into Loopio advocates
– Collaborate with the Account Management team to drive growth and reduce churn
– Track key metrics that support team goals related to adoption, retention, growth, and advocacy
– Use adoption data to take action through our Customer Health Score framework
– Partner with Product teams to champion customer insights and stories
– Share Customer Success stories through case studies, blog posts, and internal communications
– Coordinate with the Support and Services teams to ensure alignment and a seamless Loopio experience

What You’ll Bring to the Team
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you’ll be speaking with customers
– Proven ability to build strong, meaningful relationships with teams and clients
– Highly analytical mindset; you use data in all decision-making
– Strong organizational skills—your reminders help keep everything on track
– Results-oriented approach; you always know the next goal and how to reach it
– At least 1–2 years of Account Management, Customer Success, or related experience
– Experience in a SaaS company is a plus
– Experience writing sales proposals or responding to RFPs is a major plus

Where You’ll Work
– Loopio is remote-first, offering flexible work. Employees live and work within 300 km of Toronto (Ontario) or Vancouver (British Columbia), and work standard business hours in their time zone
– Loopio’s headquarters are in Toronto’s Kensington Market. All Loopers can work from home. Ontario employees may work from the Toronto HQ, and BC employees may work from our co-working office in Gastown, Vancouver—whatever works best for you
– You’ll collaborate virtually with your teams (just a Zoom call away), with set core sync hours and focused work time during the day so we can work smarter together
