Join our team as a Customer Success Expert!

Are you driven by delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships? Mozio is searching for a committed Customer Success Expert to provide top-tier support to our customers, service providers, and partners.

In this position, you’ll be the primary point of contact for phone and email inquiries, resolving issues quickly and consistently going above and beyond. Your goal is to make every customer feel valued and welcomed as part of the Mozio community.

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
• At least 2 years of customer support experience
• Knowledge of another language (Spanish, French, Italian, German, Chinese, or Portuguese) is a major advantage

Job Details:
