💫 Role
We’re looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive the expansion, retention, and adoption of a strategic customer portfolio within our Customer Success Team.
With strong experience managing C-level stakeholders and multi-step sales processes, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to closing deals—delivering meaningful revenue growth from your customer base while also improving customer satisfaction and increasing Prismic usage.
What you will be doing? 🔧
– Own and manage a portfolio of high-value clients, from innovative startups to established Fortune 500 companies, guiding them through every stage of their Prismic journey as the primary point of contact.
– Strategic account growth: Develop and execute mid- to long-term plans to maximize cross-sell (primary) and upsell (secondary) opportunities.
– Sales execution: Lead the full sales process, from opportunity identification to deal structuring, negotiation, and closing.
– Relationship building: Work with C-level stakeholders to build trusted relationships and provide practical insights aligned with their strategic goals.
– Act as a trusted advisor, advocate, and coach to help clients achieve their objectives—building strong relationships with multiple contacts, including executive stakeholders. Run regular business reviews to ensure alignment and value realization.
– Drive proactive product adoption to improve customer satisfaction and influence customer health scores across your portfolio.
– Identify, flag, and mitigate risks proactively to maintain a healthy pipeline and retain customers.
– Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Customer Success Managers, Solution Engineers, Finance, Legal, Product, and Marketing to ensure account growth strategies are executed successfully.
– Travel: Travel once per quarter within Europe to strengthen relationships and attend events to find new opportunities.
What success looks like:
– Build a pipeline of expansion opportunities and hit strong cross-sell and upsell targets, driving incremental Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
– Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders across strategic accounts, ensuring ongoing engagement and retention.
– Increase adoption across your portfolio by sharing best practices that ensure customer satisfaction and growth using Prismic.

Are you the one? 🧠
Experience: 6+ years in roles such as Senior CSM, Senior Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Expansion Manager, or Account Director, with proven strength in cross-sell and upsell. You’ve worked in fast-growing companies (Series A/B/C) and have exceeded sales targets, carrying strong expansion quotas in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Sales acumen: You’ve consistently generated and closed pipeline within existing accounts. You’re organized, autonomous, and skilled at finding opportunities, negotiating, and closing deals.
Company stage experience: You’ve worked through company growth phases similar to ours ($10M–$50M ARR range), in product-led growth environments with lots of change and evolving internal structure.
Proven growth capability across market levels and enterprise accounts: From hands-on expansion execution and persistence to strategic, multi-threaded relationship building with C-level stakeholders. You can flex across different engagement models depending on account maturity and opportunity type.
Marketing team selling experience: Proven experience selling products or services to marketing teams, with strong knowledge of marketers’ goals, KPIs, and workflows.
Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of trends in digital experience, e-commerce, and content management, along with enough technical confidence to collaborate with developers and technical teams.
Team player: Collaborative with internal teams, structured in how you work, and able to operate independently while communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Adaptability: You thrive in fast-changing environments where new structures are being built. You’re proactive and approach problems with a solutions mindset.
AI experience: You use AI tools to boost productivity and improve your work, and you want to keep leveling up your AI skills.

– Fluent in French (spoken and written).
