Flight builds remote-first customer experience teams for growing startups that put people first. Our mission is to broaden access to careers in customer experience and advance a human-centered outsourcing model in partnership with our client companies.
We work with everyone—from early-stage founders hiring their first support team member to established leaders scaling their organizations. Our clients count on us to source the world’s top talent and collaborate with them to put the right foundation in place for success.
This is where you come in. As a Customer Success Associate, you will work closely with customers to ensure their continued success with the company’s products or services. You will take ownership of client relationships—nurturing and growing them—to increase adoption, retention, and satisfaction. You will serve as the link between clients and the company to ensure they consistently receive an excellent experience!
What you’ll do
- Build a trusted, strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive adoption while ensuring retention and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their full journey with the company—from onboarding to product adoption and engagement, and finally to off-boarding.
- Understand client needs and partner with them to set key performance indicators, identify opportunities, and achieve their goals.
- Coordinate and resolve customer needs and issues, working across departments to handle escalations.
- Create and analyze data reports related to product usage, manual invoices and payments, client segments, lifecycle stages, and more.
- Plan and deliver webinar sessions, tailoring them for each client to educate them about Sunlight.
Who we’re looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Success (or an equivalent background) demonstrating success in improving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention for companies with 10+ employees.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills, proven through an English proficiency test (additional languages are a plus!).
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
- Highly collaborative team player, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, with the ability to adjust priorities quickly.
What we offer
- Flexible, remote-first work environment
- Competitive compensation based on experience and location
- A global community of talented teammates who care about helping others and supporting one another’s success
- Learning and development programs to keep expanding your perspective, skills, and career
- An early-stage startup with significant opportunities to own work and create impact
- 20 days of paid time off
