🚀 Want to join a team of top performers in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment?
We’re a small team tackling big challenges in the property management industry. Bootstrapped since 2013, we’re committed to helping small businesses grow more easily and run more smoothly—by delivering the leading CRM in our space.
The long version of our story: Back in the early days of web 2.0 (yes, “get off my lawn!”), LeadSimple’s founders started a lead generation business that connected landlords with property management companies. Seeing how difficult it was for lead buyers to close deals naturally led them to build an industry-specific CRM—one that quickly became the standard. Fast forward to 2020, when we launched a process and workflow suite to help our customers move from sales activities to the core of everyday operations. The market has responded strongly, and we’re now doubling down—no holds barred.

Customer Success Associate (CSA): The CSA is LeadSimple’s champion for customers. They understand the product inside and out and communicate exceptionally well. They turn challenges into opportunities, ensuring customers feel confident they received the best possible outcome in every situation.
