What you’ll do:
• Edit and assess machine‑translated customer service content with strong accuracy and consistency.
• Review MT output quality and assign severity ratings as needed according to project guidelines.
• Produce high‑quality human translations to serve as reference material for model training and evaluation.
• Follow the required style guides, tone specifications, and terminology rules.
• Identify and report recurring MT issues and broader quality patterns.

Requirements:
• Native-level proficiency in English (United Kingdom) with strong overall English skills.
