Mom’s Meals, a leading nationwide provider of refrigerated, home-delivered meals for the healthcare industry, is rapidly expanding. The Part-time Customer Service Representative is the primary point of contact for customers placing meal orders. This role focuses on delivering outstanding service while entering orders quickly and accurately. The starting pay is $17.00 per hour ($18.00 per hour for bilingual staff), paid weekly.

Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (20–29 hours per week).

This role requires three weeks of full-time, onsite training, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Position responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls for meal orders, answering customer questions, entering order details into the appropriate system, documenting all customer interactions, ensuring all assigned customers have an active order, contacting case managers when needed, and working efficiently without making callers feel rushed.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, one year of customer service experience, familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, strong verbal communication, the ability to deescalate situations and resolve issues quickly, and a history of following company policies and core values.

Preferred qualifications include one year of call center experience, experience with autodialers, multi-line phone systems, and CRM tools, familiarity with HIPAA guidelines, and bilingual ability in English and Spanish.

Physical requirements include repetitive hand and wrist motions, primarily sedentary work involving long periods of sitting, and visual abilities such as depth perception and focus adjustment.
