We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative in the US, who will be a real time liaison between customers, our products and the company.
Location: San Francisco Bay Area Position: Fulltime
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries, communicate with product team, marketing team and engineering team to provide the best experiences. - Create a great experience for both the customer and business partners. - Improve customer experiences on the go.
Requirements: - Experience in sales management & distribution - Excellent and clear verbal and written communication skills, required. - Ability to interact with challenging personalities with care. - Experience building strong relationships by providing excellent customer service. - Understanding how to provide great experiences over the phone. - Real time ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently. - Ability to problem solve and bring timely resolution to issues.
