We’re looking to hire highly motivated professionals with customer service experience. Insurance experience is preferred, but not required as long as you’re willing to learn our industry. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading brand company and build valuable knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Collect information needed to generate quotes
  • Manage customer billing, payment reminders, and payment processing
  • Handle requests and documentation related to proof of insurance
  • Report and follow up on claims
  • Provide administrative support, including running daily reports and submitting underwriting requests
  • Review policies to identify cross-selling opportunities

Required Skills:

  • Ability to learn and apply product, industry, and market knowledge to make professional recommendations to prospects and policyholders
  • Ability to build professional business relationships with prospects and policyholders
  • Strong listening skills plus effective verbal and written communication
  • Ability to take initiative and respond effectively in a variety of situations without guidance
