This is the first step to get hired by Omni. After you join the remote customer support contractor community, you’ll have exclusive access to all available contracts.

If you qualify, you’ll receive an invitation within 24 hours to log in to the online portal, where you can view and apply to contracts that match your preferences. Overview:
Omni works with many clients. Qualified independent contractors provide customer support (handling inbound calls, chats, and emails) for Fortune 500 companies.
You’ll primarily handle inbound calls, and you may also assist customers through chat or email.

Schedule:
• Flexible scheduling options
• Most work takes place on weekdays during the day

Earnings:
• Pay varies by client, typically between $14 and $20 per hour
• Compensation is based on your call status while assisting customers
• Additional incentives may be offered depending on the project and performance

Required Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
• Friendly, empathetic, and professional communication style
• Self-sufficient, proactive, and initiative-driven
• Comfortable using technology and computer software

Important Information:

Technology and Equipment Needed:
• A quiet, secure workspace
• A personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not accepted)
• USB headset with a microphone
• High-speed wired internet with at least 10 Mbps download
• Windows 10 or 11 (some clients may allow AppleOS)
• Updated antivirus software
• Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program tasks and authentication
• Windows 10 or 11 required (some clients may accept AppleOS)

Work Environment Requirements:
• Quiet space with no interruptions
• Organized work area

Your relationship with Omni Interactions is as an independent contractor. Omni does not withhold taxes from your income. By accepting the contract, you agree that you are not entitled to vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, workers’ compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime pay, unemployment insurance, or any other employee benefits.
