The part‑time Customer Service Representative role serves as the primary point of contact for customers placing meal orders. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour ($18.00 for bilingual staff), paid weekly.

Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (20–29 hours per week).

This role requires three weeks of full‑time, in‑person training, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls for meal orders, answering customer questions, entering order details into the appropriate system, documenting all customer interactions, ensuring active meal orders for all assigned clients, contacting case managers as needed, and working efficiently without rushing customers.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, strong verbal communication skills, the ability to de‑escalate situations and resolve issues quickly, and a proven record of following company policies and core values.

Preferred qualifications include one year of call center experience, familiarity with autodialers, multi‑line phone systems, and CRM tools, knowledge of HIPAA guidelines, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.

Physical requirements include repetitive hand and wrist movements, primarily sedentary work for extended periods, and visual abilities such as depth perception and focus adjustment.
