What you’ll do:
• Explain energy in simple, clear terms – no jargon, just straightforward help with bills, meters and tariffs.
• Solve problems quickly and confidently – whether they’re about invoices, meter issues or complex energy questions.
• Support customers by phone or email from start to finish – including when they have complaints.
• Act spontaneously and flexibly. No scripts – just genuine conversations and practical solutions.
• Treat every customer the way you’d treat your own grandmother – with warmth, attention and care.
• Make a real difference by supporting people in tough situations or helping them make more sustainable choices.
• Work from home with flexible hours and a supportive, inspiring team.

About the role:
Location: Remote
Start: As soon as possible
Salary: £24,900
Hours: 37.5 per week, including mornings, evenings and weekends

Our hiring process usually takes up to four weeks, though timing can vary. Here’s what to expect:

First conversation – Chat with someone from the team or send recorded answers whenever it suits you.
Prep call – Someone from the talent team will walk you through everything you need for the Discovery Day.
Discovery Day – Meet future teammates, take part in group tasks, role‑plays and one‑to‑one chats, and get a feel for the role and the culture.
Final interview – Visit our office, meet two leaders, ask questions and experience the environment for yourself.
