Customer Service Advisor – 3-Day Work Week (Weekends)

The role

You’ll be the first point of contact for small business owners across the UK and US. Customers can reach us through a range of channels, including phone, email, and live chat. They’re working hard to build their businesses, and our goal is to support them every step of the way. You’ll resolve issues, fix anything that isn’t working, and provide the help they need when it matters most.

We actively use customer feedback to pilot new ideas, so you’ll need to listen to our customers and understand from their experience how we can build an even better business.

This is a full-time role. Shifts run from 8am to 8pm, consistently for three days per week. You’ll work a total of 33 hours but will be paid a salary equivalent to 37.5 hours per week. You’ll have four days off each week, and the rota will be as follows:

Saturday: 08:00–20:00
Sunday: 08:00–20:00
Monday: 08:00–20:00

We’re starting on 18 March and are currently interviewing. The first interview will be a call with a member of the Talent Team, followed by a final stage at our office with two of our Team Leaders. Please watch your emails (including your junk folder) for interview invitations.

Training

Your first six weeks will be training from 9am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. This will include classroom-based sessions, buddy support, and on-the-job training.
