Mom’s Meals is the leading national provider of refrigerated meals delivered to customers’ homes in the healthcare industry and has experienced strong growth. The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for customers who place meal orders. This role delivers excellent customer service and captures orders efficiently and accurately. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, paid weekly. Paid time off and benefits are offered after 30 days of employment.

Working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with the option to work overtime starting at 7:00 a.m.

**Job Duties (may include, but are not limited to):**
– Answer and receive customer service calls from clients who are ordering meals
– Answer questions and provide exceptional customer service
– Enter order details into the appropriate customer system
– Document all customer interactions in the customer database
– Ensure assigned clients are contacted and have placed an order
– Contact case managers by phone, email, and/or fax when a special situation involves their client
– Work quickly and efficiently without making customers feel pressured

**Required Skills & Experience:**
– High school diploma or GED
– 1 year of customer service experience
– Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
– Strong verbal communication skills
– Ability to de-escalate issues and resolve customer complaints promptly
– Experience following company policies and living the core values

**Preferred Skills & Experience:**
– 1 year of call center experience
– Experience with autodialers, multi-line telephone systems, and/or customer relationship management (CRM) tools
– Experience with HIPAA regulations and procedures
– Bilingual (English/Spanish)

**Physical Requirements:**
– Repeated hand, wrist, and/or finger movements
– Ability to sit for extended periods
– Visual ability to perform the job, including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
