WHAT YOU’LL DO:
🎯 Be the voice of Fullscript Provide friendly, clear, and effective support to users via chat, email, and phone.
🔍 Resolve issues with empathy and accuracy Understand user needs, guide them through challenges, and deliver timely, confident solutions.
🧠 Keep learning and adapting Stay current on product updates, process changes, and evolving customer expectations.
⚙️ Use technology to enhance support Use internal tools (such as Zendesk) to streamline communication and improve efficiency.
💡 Share insights that improve the experience Identify recurring issues, share customer feedback, and work with cross-functional teams to strengthen the platform.
📈 Help build a culture of service excellence Live our values in every interaction and support efforts to continuously raise the bar.

$44,000–$50,000 per year
💬 A note about pay:
Fullscript shares salary ranges for transparency and to help candidates make informed decisions. The starting salary for this role is $44,000 CAD, reflecting base pay only. In addition, we offer a Support Incentive Program where agents can earn up to an extra $6,000 CAD per year through quarterly bonuses.
Fullscript’s posted salary ranges exclude overall Total Rewards offerings such as the stock option program, wellness stipend, or other benefits included in Fullscript’s Total Rewards package.
Your actual pay depends on your experience, skills, and location. We review compensation regularly to align with market data and internal equity.
