• Review and suggest improvements to our current service processes and systems.
• Solve problems, clear obstacles, and ensure customers enjoy a smooth transition.
• Support planning for team and customer growth, stepping in wherever needed.
What you’ll need:
• No prior knowledge of EVs or the automotive industry required.
• A passion for problem solving and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Experience working both independently and within a close team.
• Curiosity and strong attention to detail, with examples of how you’ve improved things before.
• A natural ability to finish tasks and leave nothing unresolved.
• Comfort working in a rapidly growing business and adapting quickly to change.
