Hi, we’re BetCare, a partner project of NetSolid Investments.

We provide multilingual customer support with a strong emphasis on sales, conversions, and customer reactivation. Most of our clients are located in Europe, Canada, and Australia, so we operate across licensed markets worldwide.

Our team is skilled in positive communication, customer care, and sales. With every interaction, we aim to deliver outstanding service that naturally leads to sales opportunities.

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent with at least an upper-intermediate level of English to join our international team and bring even more diversity.

In this role, your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by offering live chat support, responding to inquiries promptly and accurately, resolving issues, and maintaining an excellent overall experience.

We don’t care about your background—what matters is who you are. Still, there are certain qualities we expect: friendliness, reliability, a customer-first mindset, multitasking abilities, quick thinking, and the capacity to handle inquiries calmly and confidently.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Learn the technical and user-side basics of our products to assist customers effectively (training provided).
• Report recurring problems and flag urgent issues.
• Proactively contact customers with selected promotions.
• Support with translations as a native speaker.

A FEW REQUIREMENTS
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Willingness to learn about iGaming and expand your technical expertise.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, as our Customer Service department operates 24/7 (three night shifts out of five, or full-night shifts if preferred).
