This is a customer support role via live chat. We’re looking for people who can provide written responses during online conversations. Applicants should have strong English writing skills and a friendly tone, and prior experience is not required.

You will help businesses by replying to direct chat messages on their websites or social media pages. The job is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere with an internet connection.

Your responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, sharing sales links, and offering discounts through the company’s website chat or social media platforms. Pay is hourly.

Contract duration: Open-ended

Salary: $25 to $35 per hour

Requirements: You must have a laptop, smartphone, or tablet, along with a stable internet connection. Basic English writing skills are required as well.

Skills/Experience: Beginner chat support positions. Full training is provided, and no previous experience is necessary.

Location: Fully remote worldwide (US-based applicants are preferred).
