Limitless Technology is looking for a **Customer Support Chat Specialist (chat support expert)**—passionate and empathetic—to strengthen our global remote team of freelance support professionals.
In this role, you represent one of the most well-known gaming brands in the world. You’ll collaborate with hundreds of like-minded people and use your skills to help others enjoy fast, smooth, uninterrupted experiences—through quick, clear, friendly chat support. You’ll answer questions, resolve issues, and make every customer conversation feel effortless.
– Fully remote, freelance role, paid by the hour
– Shifts are currently available Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:30 UTC
– Hourly pay: US$5–20 depending on your location, plus additional incentives based on quality and volume
– You can choose your own shifts
– To stay on the team, you must average at least 20 hours per week and complete 100+ chat interactions
– As support demand increases, we’ll expand coverage to additional regions and offer 24/7 shift options for more planning flexibility
This job is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting product users and values having control over their own schedule.
**Your responsibilities**
– Answer customer questions via chat, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers to the right solutions
– Provide accurate, high-quality support that meets service standards and reflects the brand’s tone and values
– Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when needed
– Keep clear, consistent notes for every interaction
– Stay up to date on product changes, service details, and policies to deliver well-informed support
– Share feedback on recurring issues to improve the overall customer experience
**What you bring**
– Proven experience in customer support, ideally via chat or digital support
– Excellent written English, including strong spelling and grammar
– Confidence working with multiple tools and systems at the same time
– Strong attention to detail, empathy, and problem-solving skills
– Reliable internet connection and a personal computer
– Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings or weekends if required
– Additional client-specific requirements, such as a valid PSN ID active for at least 1 year, 8+ hours of gameplay per month, and no community bans in the last 12 months
– You must have at least one 64-bit Windows 11 device. Mac and Chromebooks will be supported soon.
