We call this role a “Customer Advocate” because your job is to advocate for the best possible experience for our customers. Support that’s friendly and empathetic can make someone’s day, and we’re committed to making every interaction—whether by email, phone, or chat—easy, enjoyable, and genuinely helpful!
This is not a customer service position. There’s a difference between customer service and customer support, and it may sound similar—so please read on.
We’re looking for exceptional communicators who can explain complex technical information in clear, easy-to-understand language. While we appreciate strong vocabulary, what matters most is simple, direct communication.
Your mission is to help our photobooth owners succeed with their hardware. That means you’ll need substantial experience troubleshooting hardware and investigating hardware-related issues. We’re also seeking candidates who can offer proactive solutions when customers run into obstacles with our advanced software and hardware. To succeed in this role, you must have significant experience troubleshooting hardware in a previous position or have otherwise relevant experience.
You’ll need to be a natural problem-solver—curious by nature, and determined to find the root cause in every situation. If that sounds like you, great—keep reading:
