This is the first step to working with Omni. Once you join the community of remote customer service contractors, you’ll receive exclusive access to all available contracts.

If you qualify, you’ll receive a login invitation to the online portal within 24 hours, where you can browse contracts and apply for those that fit your skills. Overview:
Omni partners with many clients. Qualified independent contractors provide customer service (handling inbound calls, chats, and emails) for Fortune 500 companies.
You will primarily handle incoming phone calls and may also support customers through chat or email.
Work schedule:

Compensation:
• Pay varies by client, typically between $14 and $20 per hour
• Compensation is based on your phone status while assisting customers

Your relationship with Omni Interactions is that of an independent contractor. Omni does not withhold taxes from your earnings. By accepting the contract, you acknowledge that you are not entitled to vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, social security, workers’ compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime pay, unemployment insurance, or any other employee benefits.
