Commitment:
8 hours on February 9, 2025

What we’re looking for:
• A customer‑first support mentality
• Interest in TV and film
• Technical support experience
• Zendesk knowledge
• Ability to work independently and seek clarification when needed
• Strong problem‑solving skills across multiple apps and platforms
• Professional English skills
• Availability for an 8‑hour shift on February 9

Workspace requirements:
• A laptop or desktop with Windows 10 or newer
• A dependable headset
• Willingness to install MSQ security software and a two‑factor authentication app on your phone
