We’re currently welcoming new Mod Contractors to our network. If you’re interested in working on interesting client projects, ModSquad is a great fit. Our Mods bring strong skills, a positive attitude, and energy to every project. You’ll help customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience with the client’s product or service. New opportunities are available now, with more to come soon.

**Project hours (Pacific Time):**
Mon–Fri: 5am–7pm
Sat: 7am–7pm
Sun: 7am–6pm
Weekend availability is required.

**Hourly rate:**
Discussed during the interview.

**Commitment:**
90 days
20 hours per week

**What we’re looking for:**
• Strong commitment to excellent customer service
• Ability to follow written instructions
• Availability on weekdays and weekends
• Friendly, professional communication skills
• Willingness to accept feedback and collaborate
• Reliability in working your scheduled hours

**Workspace requirements:**
• A personal desktop or laptop with Windows 10 or newer
• A quality headset
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for calls
• Willingness to install MSQ security software and a 2FA app on your phone
