Who You Are:
The Culture & Development Specialist will help drive engagement, learning, and talent management initiatives aligned with key business goals. You’ll transform organizational change and learning theory into practical, scalable projects, leveraging strong project management, communication, and facilitation skills. In this role, you’ll gain exposure to all aspects of learning and development within a dynamic, mid-sized company with both regional and global reach. You’ll work closely with a collaborative Culture & Development team, which champions employee experience, engagement, and development across the organization, with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and people insights.
Your Next Challenge:

    • Implement and manage global, enterprise-wide programs in alignment with the strategic plan for culture and development at Getty Images.
    • Contribute to the curation, design, and launch of training materials and scalable learning focused on professional skills, leadership, and team development.
    • Facilitate engaging, dynamic and interactive learning and leadership training via online platforms; must have the ability to confidently present and teach across levels of the organization.
    • Project manage our new employee onboarding program including continued maintenance of our onboarding site and online learning resources; partner with HR coordinators who lead our day one orientation; facilitate onboarding sessions.
    • Manage and maintain our enterprise-wide learning management system; enabling easy access, curating content, designing learning, coordinating training, promoting and tracking usage, analyzing and reporting on data, and partnering with our external vendor.
    • Organize, track, and report on employee participation in our English Language Training program, including vendor management.
    • Lead individual and team coaching engagements via our Predictive Index program.
    • Support diversity and inclusion training via regular facilitation, helping put into practice the strategy and design set by our D&I team.
    • Leverage additional existing technology solutions such as Slack and SharePoint to foster and promote innovative learning.
    • Develop effective relationships across all business levels, functions, and regions to promote and drive alignment of learning and development best practices.
    • Support and educate leaders and employees on learning best practices, equipping them with simple, accessible tools and resources.
    • Partner with Global HR peers to support local and global HR initiatives, ensuring business-relevance.
What You’ll Need:

    • 1-3 years of relevant experience in learning and development, diversity and inclusion, human resources, or a related field.
    • Excellent prioritization, time management, project management and organizational skills for global implementation of strategy and programs, with the ability to pivot and adapt to address emerging needs.
    • Highly effective communicator in both writing and speech with the ability to consult and influence across all levels.
    • Driven to execute with the ability to manage administrative details and large-scale roll-out of strategy and programs; able to meet deadlines with an eagerness to deliver.
    • Strong facilitation skills in a virtual environment to both small and large-sized groups.
    • Knowledge of learning and development theory and principles.
    • Solid experience in effective design and delivery of curriculum related to learning and development.
    • Proficient with MS Office (including PowerPoint) with strong experience in designing and building SharePoint communication sites.
    • Experience with learning management systems (WorkRamp is our current LMS provider) and building online courses and/or online resources; able to quickly learn new technologies.
    • Ability to manage and meet deadlines.
    • Track record of forming close business relationships with internal customers.
    • Experience working across global locations with flexibility to expand working hours for greater regional reach (optimal candidates are in Eastern AMER time zone).
$70,000 – $80,000 a year
The starting salary range for this position at the time of posting is USD $70,000 to USD $80,000 per annum. Getty Images has different ranges in different locations within the US, and this range represents the starting base pay range. Actual compensation will depend on factors including but not limited to: qualifications, geographic location, skills, experience, certification, business needs, performance, and level of responsibility along with the requirements of the position. The company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any point in the future.
