Who we’re looking for:
- You used to be a teacher or software developer
- You know how to talk to software developers
- You love self-help books, maybe so much so that you are already a coach!
We do everything on zoom and therefore you must complete the video portion in order to be considered for a first interview.
Coaching Responsibilities:
- Meet with software developers for regular check-ins on slack and zoom
- Work on building habits, celebrate wins, and longer-term goal setting
- Delight and surprise your developers while building a professional relationship
- Comfortable delivering constructive feedback from teammates
- Identify and escalate appropriate concerns to leadership
