"Cultural Resources Director"you might be wondering what that means. Well, it’s something like HR, but on steroids. Some of the responsibilities of the Cultural Resources Director are:
Conducting annual audits of personnel files
Manage interview processes that will produce top candidates
Train managers on proper interviewing and onboarding procedures
Managing ways to effectively measure our teams and individuals
Direct all performance reviews
Develop Key Performance Indicators for each team, department and facility
Promotion and pay policies and systems: How, when, why does someone receive a promotion or pay increase
Management of policies in relation to: travel, food stipends, workplace conduct, and ethics
Administering and managing healthcare and other benefits
Ongoing professional development opportunities for our teams
Focus on workplace environment, events, health, food, and resources for our teams
Manage partnerships who can provide health benefits, food, and other perks for our teams.
Maintain a list of resources locally for our teams who travel: IE, if someone is going to Brooklyn from Chicago, what resources exist there, what community perks, etc. This effort is coordinated with local or regional Outreach Managers.
Enforcing policies related to workplace health and environment
Cleanliness of staff areas and Staff conduct
